He is one of eight founders of the Campaign for a US-Afghanistan Partnership (CUSAP). This nonprofit organization of American and Afghan citizens aims to achieve sustainable security and prosperity in Afghanistan. Mr. Wardak is also a founder of Fedayeen-e-Sol. This multi-ethnic civil society movement wants to achieve reform at both the national and governmental levels in Afghanistan through non-violent means.
