Hamed Wardak founds the AACC

The ever busy Hamed Wardak has founded the Afghan-American Chamber of Commerce (AACC) where he serves as vice-president. The AACC facilitates American-Afghanistan economic transactions, business relationships, investment and trade ties. The AACC advocates a free open market economy in Afghanistan, and one of its prime goals is to fortify and bolster United States -Afghanistan economic relations. The AACC offers its members a wide range of programs that aim to introduce US businesses and financial leaders to the many opportunities available in the fledgling economy and emerging markets of Afghanistan.

Hamed Wardak is the son of Afghanistan’s Minister of Defense, Abdul Rahim Wardak. Wardak spends his time between Kabul, where he was born, and Washington (he grew up in the U.S. and Pakistan)..

Mr. Wardak is currently the President of the successful company National Construction and Logistics. He was the managing director, partner and director of international operations for Technolgist Inc.

He is a founding vice chairman of the Afghan-American Chamber of Commerce and the founder and president of Sacrificers for Peace.
